Eliminated a problem of clipping with VOX |
|
With ordinary VOX, there is a slight lag
from the time the microphone is switched
on to the actual start of the radio transmission,
resulting in the clipping of the first to
second syllable. DM19 temporarily stores
sound signal picked up by microphone in memory
and sends it to transmitting circuit as the
radio detects voiced sound. Such function
made the transmission without clipping possible. |

Noise cancel function |

Evolving from special algorithm to detect
voiced sound only is a noise cancel system
which digitally checks noise component against
voiced component. This function is available
to both PTT and VOX operation mode. Combined
use with high performance bone conduction
microphone will further enhance the noise
cancel effect. |

headset shown in the above. Headset may be
changed from one to the other, depending
