�¡Characteristics

1)	Use of our proprietary bone conduction speaker
	Radio communication can be heard through bone conduction speaker placed near the temple (HG20 is from the left only while HG21 is from both sides).With both ears free of any apparatus, safety factor in work situation is increased by being able to listen to the communication and surrounding sounds at the same time.
2)	Single headset accommodates highly noisy to very peaceful environment
	The use of ear plugs to protect hearing in highly noisy environment improves the clarity of the sound received by bone conduction speaker to a great extent. In the environment with no need for ear plugs, however, it can be used by itself since there is no ear muff (ear cap) to cut off the noise.
3)	HG20/21 is light and easy to fit
	The headset is light weight for the user comfort in long hour usage. Head band attached to the headset allow easy fitting without disturbing hair style. Also it is designed to offer soft impression acceptable in service industry such as restaurant.
